Admissions
Parents and children are invited to visit the School and meet the teachers. We welcome drop in visitors but for a full tour and receipt of a prospectus please make an appointment. After your initial visit an application for a place should be made to Headmistress Miss Spencer and, if your application is successful, confirmation reserving a place will be given to guarantee your child’s place at Sycamore Hall.
Pupils registered for a place are invited to attend an informal assessment morning prior to entry. A number of free taster sessions will be available depending on the needs of the individual. This helps enable a smooth and transition, particularly for younger children.
Fees
It is a school policy to ensure fees are kept at levels which are as reasonable as possible without compromising standards. One of the core values at Sycamore Hall is the belief that everyone deserves access to a high quality education. We are proud of the fact that our fees are below those of other independent schools and in fact offers savings on the costs offered by most private nurseries.
You will have the choice to pay per week, each month or by term with no penalty or hidden costs for either option and we offer a discounted rate for siblings. By keeping fees to a minimum we hope to be as inclusive as possible for all who wish to attend.
Weekly Payments
Weekly payments of £160,
36 payments in total (during term time).
Monthly Payments
Monthly payments of £475 to be made at the start of each month from September to August, 12 payments in total.
Termly Payments
£1900 to be paid at the start of each school term, three payments in total.
Extras:
– fees do not include lunch or extras such as school trips. We strive to keep additional costs as low as possible and give as much notice as possible of any upcoming trips.
– after schools club is available each weekday for an additional cost of £5 per child.
– holiday care is not included in the fees but is available to all during October, Easter and summer break at an additional cost of £25 per day. Holiday club must be booked and paid for in advance and is subject to demand.
